How do the retainer and revisions work?
You choose a plan that fits your workload — 15, 50, or 100 hours per month. You can send requests anytime, and we’ll work on them in order of priority. Hours reset monthly and don’t carry over. Revisions are unlimited within your monthly hours — we’ll refine each graphic until it feels right for your brand and purpose.
How quickly will my requests be completed?
Most requests are started within 1–2 business days. Turnaround depends on the complexity and number of visuals requested. We’ll provide progress updates and keep you informed on time usage.
Can you create multiple graphics as a set?
Yes. Graphics can be designed as a consistent system of visuals that share your brand’s look and feel. Whether you need a full icon set, matching backgrounds, or simple illustrations, everything will align stylistically.
Do I own the graphics you create?
Yes. You own all custom graphics produced under your retainer and may use them commercially. The only exception is when you request an extension or modification of a collection already published on our website. In that case, ownership of the base collection remains with SVG Backgrounds, but you’re free to use the new or modified graphics however you need for your own projects.
What file formats do you deliver?
We provide SVG files by default — optimized for web and app use. Other formats (such as PNG, PDF, or EPS) can be provided if requested.
Do you use generative AI in the design process?
No. All graphics are designed manually by experienced designers to ensure originality, precision, and consistency across every visual.
Can you help with general graphic design tasks?
Yes, within reason. We handle most web and digital design needs, but we’re not focused on print materials like brochures or flyers. Our strength is creating clean, scalable graphics built for screens.
